Mohamed Raafat is a mechanical engineer turned strategy practitioner with over 13 years in strategy, performance management and OKR implementation. The name
A merkhet was an ancient instrument for measuring and alignment, used to set a true line before anything was built. It is the order we work in: measure, align, then build.
