Do you only work with OKRs?
No. We assess whether OKRs, KPIs, SMART objectives or a hybrid fit your organisation, and recommend whichever does. Sometimes the answer is something simpler.

Yes. The readiness and recovery diagnostic is designed for exactly this: finding out why an existing programme has stalled, and what to fix first.
How long does an engagement take?
A fit assessment typically takes a few weeks. Implementation depends on your size and starting point; we agree the scope with you before starting.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We work with clients in the UK and Saudi Arabia, remotely and in person as the work requires.
Do you sell software or a framework licence?
No. We are independent. Our only interest is a goal system your own people can run.
